Falafel-Crusted Chicken Drumsticks

Baked chicken with a falafel taste, what’s not to love? Kids dig these delicious drumsticks and parents love them because they’re healthy to boot. Whip up our Easy Five-Minute Falafel Mix  and you’re ready to go. This recipe can serve up to five with two drumsticks per person, or more than satiate a family of three or four. Perhaps the best part of this quick-and-easy recipe is that you can scale it up quick. Serve with our Easy Five-Ingredient Tahini Recipe and that’s dinner sorted!

Serves: 5 (2 drumsticks each)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooks in: 30 hours
Ready in: 35 minutes
Difficulty: Easy-to-Moderate

INGREDIENTS

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F and use a non-stick baking sheet (olive oil on foil works in lieu of one)
  2. Rub drumsticks with olive oil and dip the chicken in the dried falafel mix and place on the baking sheet
  3. When the sheet is full, lightly sprinkle salt and pepper
  4. Cook chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
  5. Cook until lightly brown and finish the last 5 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar for extra crispy coating

Serve with our Easy Five-Ingredient Tahini Recipe which you can prepare while your chicken is cooking. And just like that, dinner is served!
