- 1/2 cup sesame paste (or all-natural tahini paste)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and stir in cold water
- Salt to taste and add lemon to taste
