The Classic Israeli Salad is a perfect example of the healthy, fresh Israeli Mediterranean Diet

Found at every meal, the classic Israeli Salad is a staple at any table at any time. It goes with every meal and can be served before or during the meal.

Classic Israeli Salad

This basic recipe follows the rule of proportion based upon personal preference. I like to go light on the peppers but heavy on avocado and cucumber. Cherry tomatoes give this classic a fantastic taste and its health benefits are numerous.
